- Dates:
Applications for examination are to be submitted by the candidates on the prescribed form, which may be obtained from any Centre of the Institute or from Institute's website www.icmap.com.pk, from 1st June to 20th June for the August Examination and from 1st December to 20th December for the February Examination. Applications providing complete details should be sent so as to reach the Institute on or before the prescribed date. Applications for examination are to be accepted only if all the requirements, including payment of all dues, have been met.
- Dues:
All outstanding dues, including annual subscription, must be paid along with examination fee, through pay order/demand draft in favour of ICMAP or deposit through bank vouchers.

Fee:
Examination application forms with 100% late fee are accepted upto 30th June for the August Examination and upto 31st December for February Examination respectively. If there is a public holiday on the last date, the payment will be accepted on the first working day after the holiday.
Examination application forms with 200% late fee are accepted upto 15th July for the August Examination and upto 15th January for February Examination respectively. If there is a public holiday on the last date, the payment will be accepted on the first working day after the holiday. No application for examination is accepted if submitted after due date.

Form:
Candidates are advised to write their full name as well as mailing address on the Examination Application Forms, legibly and in block letters to ensure correct mailing and delivery of their admit cards and results at the stated address. Examination Application Forms, which are incomplete or do not meet these requirements, will be rejected.
- Venue:
Examination centres will be announced by the Institute in every session.
