ADMISSION AS A FELLOW

A person who has been an Associate Member of the Institute for a period of not less than five years may, on application in form “B” and subject to fulfillment of other conditions prescribed in this Cost and Management Accountant Act and the Regulations be admitted as a Fellow, if he/she has for a period of five years immediately prior to the date of application, held position as a Chief Accountant, Chief Cost and Management Accountant or an equivalent appointment by whatever name designated in an organization acceptable to the Council, or has been in practice for a similar period as a Cost and Management Accountant provided that nothing herein shall prelude the Council from electing in exceptional cases an Associate member as Fellow member.

Eligibility Criteria:

	Five years relevant experience at a senior/ departmental head position after becoming Associate Member (ACMA).
	CPD Credit Hours as detailed below
-	20 CPD Hours in a calendar year for Local Member
-	10 CPD hours in a calendar year for members based at cities/centers beyond radius of 50 KM of Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad
-	05 CPD Hours in a calendar year for Overseas Member

Documents Required:

	Duly filled-in Application Form (can be downloaded from the site) with:
-	Two copies of passport-size coloured photographs
-	One copy of N.I.C.
-	Receipt of payment (Application Fee = Rs. 2200/- Difference of Annual Subscription = Rs. 250/-*)
-	One copy of Associate Membership Certificate
-	Organization Chart of the employer organization
	Copies of Experience certificate(s) after becoming an ACMA.
	Certificate(s) of CPD credit hours, (if any) to complete the CPD requirements given above.
	Three recommendation letters from ICMAP members OR two from members of ICMAP and one from other executive. Only names, membership numbers and addresses should be mentioned on the form, rest of the formalities will be completed by us.
	Two sets of Résumé.
	Certificate of Computer Literacy – FoxPro / MS Word / Oracle / Windows / ERP / SAP / MS Excel etc. from a reputable institute or employer(s).

*	Provided Annual Subscription for the year is already paid as Associate Member
