Mr. Sher Afgan Malik, FCMA has been unanimously elected President for the period 2006-2008 by the National Council of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) in its 221st meeting held here on January 21, 2006. Mr. Malik has previously served the Institute as President and member National council during 2003-2004. 

Currently, he is serving as Managing Director International Spectrum Development Inc; Director Adept (Pvt) Limited. Previously he was Managing Director of Pakistan International Airlines Corporation (PIAC) and Director Karachi Stock Exchange. Prior to that Mr. Malik has worked as Chief Executive in various other important capacities in Saudi Arabia, U.S.A; and U.A.E.
