Cancellation / Suspension of Registration

 

Registration

After qualifying the Entry Test or getting exemption from it, the candidate becomes eligible to get enrolled and be a bona fide student of the Institute.
 
To be registered as a student of the Institute, a candidate:
Must pass the Entry Test of the Institute if not exempted from it.
Must have passed the Bachelor’s degree examination from any university or degree awarding institute recognized by the Government of Pakistan.
Must have attained 18 years of age on the date of application.
Must have paid the prescribed Registration Fee.
Must have paid the prescribed Annual Subscription.

Documents to be attached

Photocopies of educational certificates from secondary school to graduation and post-graduation.
Photocopy of National Identity Card.
Four recent passport sized photographs.
Copies of marks sheet of the examinations on the basis of which exemption(s) is/are sought.
Students are required to produce the original documents to the office of the Institute for attestation of copies thereof.

The candidates seeking admission in Correspondence Course should send the prescribed forms along with copies of documents (attested by the official in charge of the nearest office of the Institute) to the nearest center offering the facility. Currently, Correspondence Course is offered through three centers: Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
 
The overseas candidates should send the copies of their documents attested by the Pakistani Embassy to Karachi Centre. In addition to above they should provide copies of
a) Passport
b) Visa
c) Aqamah
d) Employment Certificate

Cancellation/Suspension of Registration

A student of the Institute shall be deemed to be guilty of misconduct, and will face cancellation/suspension of registration if he/she:
Fails to comply with the rules and regulations of the Institute.
Fails to supply correct information to the Institute.
Fails to comply with any of the directives issued by the management of the Institute.
Involves himself/herself in the activities, which cause damage to the image of the Institute.
Uses unfair means in the examination.
Is found indulged in under-hand dealing with any official(s) or officials of the Institute.

In the event of any misconduct or breach of any regulations by a registered student the Council may suspend or cancel the registration of the student. However the decision of suspension or cancellation will be made after providing the student an opportunity to explain the matter.  The Council will also take into account the findings of investigation in this regard.

Registration of a student shall be cancelled and all fees paid shall be forfeited if educational documents are found fake at any later stage.

Registration of student who does not pay the Annual Subscription within six months from the due date, i.e. 1st July of every year is liable to be cancelled but can be restored on payment of arrears of Annual Subscription along with restoration fee which is equal to prescribed registration fee.
