Items* (Copying Material# , Notes, Electronic
Devices, etc.) |
The result of the current examination for all
subjects will be canceled, and the candidate(s)
may be debarred for minimum one (1)
consecutive attempt. |
3 |
Exchanging, Copying, or Distributing:
- Exchanging notes, or any examination
materials.
- Throwing/ attempting to throw cheating
material near to another candidate or
outside the examination hall/ room.
- Copying another candidate’s answer
from the screen.

The result of the current examination for all
subjects will be canceled, and the candidate(s)
may be debarred for minimum one (1)
consecutive attempt. |

Violating Examination Rules &
Compromising Exam Security:
- Engaging in unauthorized assistance,
sharing and publishing, storing, selling,
downloading, transmitting, or distributing
exam content.
- Any action that compromises the
security or integrity of the examination.

The result of the current examination for all
subjects will be canceled, and the candidate(s)
may be debarred for minimum one (1)
consecutive attempt. Registration with the
Institute may also be canceled after following the
procedure under Regulation # 105** of the CMA
Regulations, 1990. |

Attempting to Influence or Obtain
Unauthorized Exam Information:
- Trying to influence an exam official to
leak or steal question papers.
- Attempting to alter, increase, or unfairly
influence marks.

The result of the current examination for all
subjects will be canceled, and the candidate(s)
may be debarred for minimum one (1)
consecutive attempt. Registration with the
Institute may also be canceled after following the
procedure under Regulation # 105** of the CMA
Regulations, 1990. |

Use of abusive language, Threats to staff,
Violence, or Disobedience

- The result of the current examination for the
concerned subject or for all subjects may be
canceled.
- The candidate(s) may be debarred for
minimum one (1) consecutive attempt.
- Registration may also be canceled.

7 |
Writing Obscene or Derogatory Language in
the Answer/ Script.
- If irrelevant or inappropriate material is
written without personal identification.
- If personal identification is provided.
|
A warning may be issued.
The result of the current examination for the
concerned subject will be canceled. The
candidate(s) may be debarred for one
(1)consecutive attempt.

Leaving the Examination Hall/ Room without
Permission or Evading Supervision:
- Leaving the examination hall/ room
without permission.
- Hiding from the Proctor/ Invigilator or
attempting to evade webcam/ video
monitoring.
- Talking to anyone other than the
Proctor/ Invigilator/ Supervisor during
the exam.

The result of the current examination for the concerned subject or for all subjects may be canceled. The candidate(s) may be debarred for minimum one (1) consecutive attempt.

Changing the examination region/ country of
appearance without authorization (Only
applicable in Remote Access & Overseas
Exams) |
The candidate may be disqualified from the entire
examination. |

Consulting books/ copying material# , or
Using/ disposing of prohibited items* outside
the examination hall/ room during the exam. |
- The result of the current examination for the
concerned subject will be canceled.
- The candidate(s) may be debarred for
minimum one (1) consecutive attempt.

Any other act considered an unfair means. |
The concerned authority will decide the appropriate action. |
