be towards life when one goes through ICMA
Pakistan success stories then they get to know to where ICMA can
lead to one’s life. Just getting professional degree isn’t enough in
this competitive world. Our attitude matters too. Score success in
first five minutes as some studies reported that interviewers make
up their minds about candidates in first five minutes. First thing
that an interviewer notices in an interviewee is his/her attitude.
His/Her skillset comes after as it yet to be tested.

Following are some basic Dos/DONTs that one should follow which
will help them to attain the expected position and for a successful
               interview for sure.

               Dos
               1. Do you research on the company before you head into an interview.
               2. Be prepared for common questions. Such as Tell me your name or about your weakness/strength etc. No matter what
type of question has been asked, you must answer in an effective way that hit the interviewer’s point of view.
               3. Dress to impress; what if you’re wearing a funky outfit and went for an interview for manager. Does it sounds good? No,
this doesn’t. So dress accordingly and make sure your outfit is ironed.
               4. Sit still, with your feet firm. Appropriate postures; your body language says a lot about you. So sit firmly on the ground
                    and avoid fidgeting.
               5. Remember your CV details; what you say should match with the mentioned details in CV.

               DONTs
               1. Don’t turn up late to the interview.
               2. Don’t dress sloppily or inappropriately.
               3. Don’t crirticize your current or ex-employer.
               4. Don’t volunteer your weaknesses.

Why we need proper career counseling

We all are here to get an exponential growth in our career. It is good that we work hard and solve
our problems smartly but the important issue is most of us are not aware of career paths. We do not
have any guidance which may lead us toward the career path at which we are good.

Most of the students get stuck after completing high school. This happens just because they
wish to achieve those things which are achieved by others. They failed to achieved because all
the students have different aims, skill sets and ambition. The one which is good in sports try to

(Karachi) survive in engineering university where a
Reg # KHI-1900401 competition in engineering is very high.
This also happens when the parent wants their children to
choose a career which they want and in result, their children
trying to fulfill their parent’s dreams might get failure which
                disappoint them.
A proper career counseling is needed to almost all the
student just after their high school or secondary so that they
can choose their career rightly and achieve the higher level
                of happiness in their life.
