Concession / Discount / Scholarship / Financial Assistance

The students can avail of the following Concession / Discount, Scholarships and Financial assistance from the Institute. The concession / scholarship / discount / Financial assistance is applicable on the tuition fee only.

A. Merit-based Scholarship [For Fresh Intake Position holder in Intermediate / A-Level / Bachelor or Master Degree

  • First, second or third position holders in Intermediate/A Level/Bachelor or Master will be eligible for 100% waiver in tuition fee in the subjects/level in which he/she applied for admission first time.
  • The candidates who have obtained 85% to 90% marks in Intermediate/A Level/Bachelor or Master will be eligible for 75% waiver in tuition fee in the subjects/level in which he/she applied for admission first time.
  • The candidates who have obtained 75% to 84% marks in Intermediate/A Level/Bachelor or Master will be eligible for 50% waiver in tuition fee in the subjects/level in which he/she applied for admission first time.

The above students will be eligible to continue get waiver in tuition fee in all subjects from Operational to Strategic Levels; if they will remain regular in their studies i.e., shall not take break / gap in next / higher level and pass all subjects in first attempt.

B. Performance-based scholarship [For existing students]

  • Securing the highest aggregate marks in a part in the latest result-100% waiver of tuition fee for the next level/session to be admitted. Scholarship in the following level/sessions will be performance-based.
  • Securing the second highest aggregate marks in a level in the latest result-75% waiver of tuition fee for the next level/session to be admitted. Scholarship in the following level/sessions will be performance-based.
  • Securing the third highest aggregate marks in a level in the latest result-50% waiver of tuition fee for the next level /session to be admitted. Scholarship in the following level/sessions will be performance-based.

In addition to above, the holders of Certificate of Merit and Special Certificate of Merit may apply for discount in next level tuition/DLP fee as per following criteria:

  • Securing Special Certificate of Merit in the latest result, 100% waiver of tuition fee for the next level courses to be admitted.
  • Securing Certificate of Merit in more than one course in the latest result, 100% waiver of tuition fee for the next level courses to be admitted.
  • Securing Certificate of Merit in one course in the latest result, 75% waiver of tuition fee for the next level courses to be admitted.

C. Special discount in Coaching/DLP fees to Hafiz-e-Quran and Disabled person

For pursuing CMA qualification, a special discount of 25% in Coaching/DLP fees to Hafiz-e-Quran and disabled person is permissible.

D. Kinship-based discount for Students

If two or more real brother(s) / sister(s) take admission in the same session, 25% discount in the tuition fee is permissible to both the candidate if regular in their studies.
The above discount also applies to father, mother, sons and daughters for pursuingCMA qualification.

E. Kinship-based for Members

If son / daughter or both of a member take(s) admission in ICMA International program then 25% discount in the tuition fee is permissible to both or an individual son / daughter, if the student(s) is / are regular in their study.
For pursuing CMA qualification,the above discount also applies to father, mother, real brothers/sisters, husband and wife of the Institute members.

F. Need-Cum-Merit-based Concession / Financial Assistance:

Upto 100% waiver in tuition fee will be granted to the students only on need-cum-merit basis.

G. Special discount for sons and daughters of Employees of the Institute

A special discount is conferred in all the fees to the ICMA International employees and their sons and daughters as detailed below:

2. O 75%
3. A, S and G 90%

For pursuing CMA qualification,the above discount also applies to father, mother, real brothers/sisters, husband and wife of the Institute employees.

Note:
  • The discount in fees is applicable only once and not applicable in case of re-attempt of examination paper and repeating a subject by way of coaching or correspondence.
  • The employees of the Examination Department who wish to register in the forthcoming session must inform the departmental head immediately after announcement of the result of the last session. If the departmental head allows then they would be eligible to register for the upcoming session and to appear in examinations of the session.
